The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is either picked up, delivered to your residence or indirect delivery is made and or Logistics company obtains authorized release via signature, indirect delivery, release number, and or release signature.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Within 48 hours of placing your order, we will contact you with your shipping charges. We do not over charge shipments. We receive competitive shipping rates through Canada Post and pass these rates on to our customers with no mark up or handling fees. If you require up-to-date shipping rates, please call our shipping department at 1-800-876-2309, and someone will be glad to assist you.

All orders can be shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via e-mail. To track your package please go to the Canada Post web site and enter the tracking number provided.

Return Policy
Defective merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or refund. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender. Sale merchandise is final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items. You may return purchases by mailing it to our return department at the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is NOT refunded. To return or exchange a purchase by mail, please include your receipt and a letter stating the reason for your return. On the receipt, circle the item(s) you're returning. For returns, the original credit card will be credited. For exchanges, please call 1-800-876-2309. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include your original receipt. If you do not have your original receipt, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as Canada Post. The Mogensen Moccasin Co. Ltd. is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We do not pay for customs or brokerage fees.
Return Status
Returns mailed to The Mogensen Moccasin Co. Ltd. may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
